A taxi from YVR to downtown will cost about $25, and less to Richmond.

Hotel Information
There are three main airport locations to choose from: central Richmond, airport area (Bridgeport Rd.), and downtown Vancouver. Whereas Richmond is close to the Wedding, downtown Vancouver is close to the action. From downtown Vancouver to Richmond is only about a 30 minute drive so if you are driving in to Richmond for the wedding, or staying in Richmond and driving in to Vancouver to see the sights, you will not have far to go.
Richmond hotels
There are many airport hotels in Richmond. There are also some hotels closer to central Richmond which is a nicer area. Best Western Richmond Hotel & Conference Centre has good rates ($109/night).
